Background (Preamble):
they are running around the streets and trying to bully girls in to having sex with them and revealing themselves on webcam. they are claiming areas that they are only in because their parents moved there and they are all under 18 and drinking it is outrageous!!! the males threaten to bash females and when you catch them saying it they block you as a friend so you cannot say they are doing wrong.
Petition:
we the undersigned call on the government to enforce better laws against underage drinking and better policing of these school teenage gangs causing harm to people out there.
