Background (Preamble):
There are restaurants that not only serve whole peanuts in their restaurants, but allow and encourage their patrons to drop the shells on the floor.
There are MANY children as well as adults severely allergic to nuts/peanuts.
Due to this we (families of loved ones with allergies) are forced not to go to these restaurants.
Not only that, but people walk on these shells and carry the remnants around on the bottom of their shoes, which could seriously harm someone with these allergies.
It can be very life threatening for a person in this situation and as a mother of a child with nut/peanut allergies, I am asking that this petition go through to help prevent any harm to our children.
