Once an athlete have already achieved success, it is rebellious to go into their past and draw conclusions according to your suspension, a leak, or even evidence proving what happened. Athletes need to be addressed about the situation beforehand.
If anyone find an athlete using steriods after they have become a champion, it is evident that it was known before.
This is an evil act (abomination) of plundering. Wanting what someone else has and taking it by any means.
We, the undersigned, agree:
1. Once an athlete have achieved success, you cannot draw conclusions from their past.
2. Steroid testing should be done upfront if required.
