Save Bujang Valley

Protection, Preservation and Conservation of the Bujang Valley, Kedah, Malaysia

Dear Sir/Madam,

We need you to be our pillar by tendering your signature to give support to our initiative to pursue petition for URGENT intervention by UNESCO to urge the Federal Government of Malaysia, Kedah State Government and Malaysia National Heritage Department to immediately initiate the necessary action plans to protect, preserve, conserve and listing theBujang Valley archaeological site in World Heritage List. And make all proactive efforts to revisit the UNESCO recommendation proposal which was submitted in 1987 to the Federal Government of Malaysia.

In the heart of all Malaysian, The Bujang Valley is wealth of our ancestors and it is our legacy from the past, what we live with today, and what we pass on to future generations. Our cultural and natural heritages are both irreplaceable sources of life and inspiration.

Please feel pride of our heritage and come forward to save our heritage from taken away from us systematically. Before it is too late, let we act now!
