At Seminole Middle School in Plantation, FL students who have to use the bathroom must ask the teacher to call for a security escort. The teacher has to interrupt the lecture. The toilet needs of the students are broadcast over an intercom system, and often the security escorts do not arrive.
Children are forced to hold their bathroom needs often all day, as they do not have time between classes to use the toilet.
We, the undersigned, call on the Seminole Middle School administration, or the Broward County School System, to eliminate the need for security escorts to the bathroom.
