This is not a final decision. Agents from Great Eastern Takaful Berhad/Great Eastern Life Malaysia are concerned about the image portrayed by one of our panels, Nilai Medical Centre (NMC) towards our loyal customers that had been with GETB/GELM for a period of time. Hospitals that are taking advantages of overcharging, rude customer service, wrong diagnosis and do not have equipped facilities such as ambulance must be not the criteria of a panel that carries GETB/GELM's name.
We, the undersigned, call on Great Eastern Takaful Berhad to remove Nilai Medical Centre (NMC) from becoming an official panel.
