My name is Natanaree Posrithong, ID number 4680215. My major is Social Science with a concentration on International Studies. I am a third year student with a current CUM GPA of 3.55.
I am writing to ask you to remove my grade result of ICNS015 Refresher Mathematics, registered in September (first quarter) 2003 from my transcript.
It has been agreed in 2004 that credits from my former school, United World College of the Adriatic, can be transferred, which includes the course ICNS101 Introduction to Mathematics. Since now the transfer procedure has been successful, I am requesting that the grade W given on my transcript for the course ICNS015 Refresher Mathematics to be removed.
According to the rule of MUIC, in order to complete the General Education, Social Science students are required to complete ICNS101 Introduction to Mathematics, which I have already earned credits from the United World College of the Adriatic. Therefore, it should not be necessary anymore for me to register for ICNS015 Refresher Mathematics. Moreover, the grade I received for this course should also be removed.
I expect to graduate in the first quarter of the Academic Year 2006-2007. This removal of grade will also favor my chance in rewarding the honour for my graduation. So I hope that you will consider my request.
