Region 0 for HB Boxsets

TO THE FANS:

Remember all those wonderful childhood memories from watching the Hanna Barbera cartoons, and from seeing your favourite characters on TV? Sure you do! ^__^

But - there's just one problem. You go to buy your favourite boxset like Yogi Bear and Top Cat (assumed unpopular but actually FAR, FAR more popular than anyone can actually imagine), and find that they're only available in region 1.

TO WARNER BROS OR HANNA BARBERA STUDIOS:

I am a HUGE Hanna Barbera fan and I absolutely love cartoons like Top Cat, Yogi Bear, Scooby Doo, The Flinstones and any other classic cartoons that HB made, and as I love their style and older story lines I would love to watch even more of them.

It seems that the only cartoons that have survived the region war and have become region 2, are ones that really exploded like The Flintstones and Scooby Doo. But as great as that is, I still love the other HB classic cartoons too and want to watch them all over again.

I am so desperate to play them on my dvd player, and to have the boxsets sitting on my shelf, that I started this petition in request of more boxsets being made, and to be made in either region 0 or in different region numbers for around the world.

It isn't fair to assume that America has the most fans and that the shows are only popular over there, because America is FAR, FAR bigger than England or most other countries, and will naturally have millions more fans.

I know that some of the cartoons are on digital channels like Boomerang, but not all of them are and not all of us can afford or are allowed to buy digital channels. And even those who can are going to want the boxsets even so. I mean look at the Simpsons - they're on TV ALL the time and look at how fast the boxsets are being snatched up, even the later series that are really bad!
