Background (Preamble):
On the 3rd of Novemeber 2009 Vaclav Klaus, the Czech President, signed the Treaty of Lisbon thus bringing it into EU law. This Treaty is just the defunct EU Constitution by another name. Most people believe that Europe interferes to much in British life and we should repatriat important powers.

The undersigned send the following message to David Cameron:
We believe that the amount of power handed over the the European Union is excessive and unhealthy for our democracy.
We implore you to hold a referendum on the repatriation of many powers currently held by the EU within a year of you winning a general election.
