Playground, security, and clear walk way to Secor Rd for Hampton Court Apartments

The residents of The Hampton Court Apartments are in need of a playground, capable security, and a clear walkway to Secor rd. The exisisting play ground is secluded and posses a danger. The children have no place to play, there fore they play in the parking lot, which is a dangerous. The management complains about children playing in the parking lot but will not provide an adaquite play area.
Security is needed because outside people are creating and cause chaos with the hampton court to the point where resident fear for there safty. The residents need a security guard that will keep unwanted people off of the grounds.
The residents feel the original walkway leading to Secor Rd should be reopened because there is only one enterence to and from the apartment. When the main enternce is flooded there is no way to get in or out.
We the residents of Hampton Court Apartments would like to request a new playground, capable security, and the original walkway to Secor Rd be reopened.
