We the people of the City of Saint Hedwig, Bexar County, Texas petition the City of Saint Hedwig, the County of Bexar and the State of Texas for relief from the poor road conditions in our city. In addition, we petition for relief from the unacceptable water drainage due to lack of or erosion of bar-ditches and culverts, this is to include but is not limited to the residents and property owners on the following streets and roads; Abbey Court, Adkins-Elmendorf Road, Adkins-St. Hedwig Road, Adrian Way, Aycock Lane, Chancel Court, Church View Drive, Deacon Hill Road, Decon Hill, East Gabel Road, East Lupon Road, Felix Road, Gray Town Road, Green Road, Justina Drive, Kajec Drive Road, Kusmier Road, LaVernia Road, Mahula Road, Mergele Road, Mihalski Lane, Miller Road, Nave Way, New Berlin Road, North Abbott Road, North Gable Road, North Lupon Road, Old Pittman Road, Oz Way Road, Pittman Road, Saint Hedwig Road, South Abbott Road, South Graytown Road , Spire View and Town Lane.
