A change is coming to the Alamo Colleges: one which will make EBooks available and mandatory to everyone attending the Alamo Colleges. Imagine ordering a pizza. Now, imagine that pizza coming with drinks and bread sticks, but you just ordered pizza. Imagine being charged for the extras anyway. Picture your complaint going unheard because the pizza store manager spoke for you stating "You were satisfied with your order". This is the new world soon to be created by the EBook change.
College students will lose money to books they have to guarantee they'll use (your saving grace aid refund check, your money needed for the car going to tuition and extra EBooks) because supposedly "you're all okay with that money being taken away".
Support our cause against the EBook change. Save your money. Save the book stores who will suffer. Save the reality that all students learn differently.
The chancellors and higher-ups tell you how to learn, your bosses at work tell you how to think; but take a moment and a signature to show THEM how you feel.
