The proposed Eastvale boundaries will take the tax base of parts of areas that have been considered Mira Loma for years. The boundaries will go past Hamner Ave all pass the 15 Fwy to Wineville Rd.
The Eastvale area already has 5 new parks, they want to also take over the new park and sports complex that is proposed on the corner of Wineville/ Bellegrave.
They want all the tax bases from all the shopping centers on Hamner/ Limonite as well as the Vernola Marketplace at Limonite/ Pat's Ranch Rd just before Wineville Rd. Two more shopping centers will be on Limonite/Archibald as well as Schleisman/Archibald.
If this boundary goes through, this area will not have a tax base for future development or cityhood-it will all be taken already.
