Background (Preamble):
This is a petition to stop the sale of puppies at pet shops across America. Most pet shops are supplied by puppy mills from the Midwest. Many puppies are genetically sick, or have congenital illnesses unbeknownst to the buyers. If there is no supply, this atrocity will stop. Please add your name in support of banning the sale of innocent puppies.
