Mediacom is the sole provider in northern Boone county area, it which causes inadequate services.
If we have another choice, we would able to acquire a better price and better service.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on county officials to help to give us another option for high speed Internet and cable services other than Mediacom. The services provided by Mediacom are inadequate. It takes too long to repair any issues, and the customer service representatives are not as helpful as they should be.
We, the undersigned, need a more reliable and more costumer friendly company to provide our cable and high speed Internet needs.
