A Community Land Trust to protect Greenwich Green and surrounding site will be established through crowdfunding, to obtain the land with Title Number 92946, called property 292 and 294 Creek Road, London (SE10 9SW), which comprises various plots on Creek Road and Bardsley Lane.
Developer Family Mosaic’s deal with Greenwich Council for 4- and 6- storey flats would further destroy air quality and life quality for residents and wildlife. The community land trust would preserve the Green, protect wildlife, and create live-work up-cycling facilities as a resource for the whole community.
We, the undersigned, ask organizations and individuals in the Maritime Greenwich area to support the creation of a community land trust for the site Title No. 92946, to prevent a development that would illegally increase air pollution, carbon emissions and wildlife loss.
