I owned a DSi and used the online shop to purchase some games/DSiWare which I enjoyed for some time. When they announced the release of the 3DS I was excited and Game/Gamestation were offering such good trade in offers that I decided to trade in my DSi and I now enjoy my new 3DS but I can not re-download the games I have already purchased.
I contacted Nintendo and they have said that I had to transfer the games/licences from one device to the other and there is nothing they will do now, I have to buy the games again!
We, the undersigned, want to be able to play the games we have already purchased and not have to buy them again just because he have a new console.
