Since Coach Waters has coached track and field at A&M Consolidated High School, he has done nothing but lead the team to success on and off the track and taught members on the team the importance and rewards of hard work and perseverance. He has much more experience in this coaching field than any replacement for his current coaching position. We hope that, by getting enough signatures on this petition, we will be able to convince the athletic director at AMCHS to keep Coach Waters as the head boy's track and field coach so that our track program ,that Coach Waters worked so hard to build, can remain successful for many years to come.
