We made this petition to stop the following or unfollowing block (most for business accounts) or for adding advertisments about how many likes, comments or follows can you give more before being blocked. We think that the block is unfair, because someone follows 200 people and doesn't get blocked, but another person follows 6 people and gets blocked. The previous question explains one of the biggest reasons we made this.
