Request to the United States Senate to Initiate Impeachment Proceedings Against George W Bush and Richard B Cheney

Having been elected on November 4, 2000 and again on November 4, 2004 George W Bush (President) and Richard B Cheney (Vice President) of the United States of America swore to uphold protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

After the events of Sept 11, 2001 the President and Vice President willingly and wrongfully lied to the American people and world at large causing a state of war to be wrongfully brought against the nation of Iraq causing the deaths an estimated 100,000 innocent Iraquis and almost 3000 more of American service men.

Further they have thwarted the will of the American people by continuing said war against the protest of their elected constituancy, Defied and circumvented the legal and just judgement of the judicial process by commuting the prison sentence of one "Scooter" Libbey, and further obstructed justice in the case of the Vice Presidents refusing to answer questions under the guise of executive priveledge while denying that his office is within the executive branch of the American Government when asked to provide confidential documentation to a Senate oversight committee.

These being but a few of the breeches of faith with the American People, We ask that the Senate and House of Representatives issue a vote of "No Confidence" against Mr. Bush and Mr Cheney, and further ask for proceedings to be initiated against them for their impeachment from the office of President and Vice President of the United States of America.
