End to Uncertain Prison Of Arash Sadeghi

Arash Sadeghi, student activist and student os Allameh Tabatabaii University, on 27 December 2009 (Ashura) is arrested in Tehran and after appeal he is sentenced to 3 years.

On the 23 of June 2009 he is charged with assembly and collusion and propaganda against the Iranian regime, Yet again he is sentenced of six years in prison, and his prison sentence rose to 9 years.

On 3 December 2009, after being summons to the court was moved to Section 209 of Evin Prison. On 9 December Arash has begun hunger strike in protest to the beating of his interrogators.

On 23 December 2009, after 17 days of solitary confinement he is moved to the general wardand ended to the hunger strike. Once again, 31 December 2009 he is moved to solitary confinement in Ward 209 and was beaten severely by the Interrogator of the Information Ministry. Meanwhile according to the Human Rights Watch's reports for physical and psychological torture Arash's status was very critically.

On 13 December 2011 with the end of the sentence, Arash is released from prison, but he is arrested less than one month later.

It is more than a year that Arash is re-arrested with the silence of the media and human rights activists, without any Sentence and uncertain.

We, the undersigned, condemn the arbitrary detention of Mr. Sadeghi and we are calling for his immediate and unconditional release.

We require of International Human Rights community to investigate the case of prisoners in political Iran and especially Mr. Arash Sadeghi.

به بلاتکلیفی آرش صادقی در بازداشتگاههای وزارت اطلاعات پایان دهید

آرش صادقی، فعال دانشجویی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی، درتاریخ ۶ دی۱۳۸۸( روز
عاشورا) در تهران بازداشت ودردادگاه بدوی به ۳ سال حبس محکوم شد.
در تاریخ سوم تیرماه به اتهام اجتماع و تبانی علیه نظام و تبلیغ علیه نظام،باردیگر به ۶ سال زندان محکوم شد که بااین حکم، میزان حکم زندانی وی به٩ سال زندان افزایش پیدا کرد.
درتاریخ ۱۳ آذر پس از احضار به دادسرای زندان اوین بازداشت و به بند ۲۰۹ منتقل شد.
در اعتراض به ضرب و شتم توسط بازجویانش از تاریخ ۱۹ آذر دست به اعتصاب غذا زد.
در۳ دی ماه پس از ۱۷ روزاز انفرادی به بند عمومی انتقال یافت و به اعتصاب غذای خود پایان داد. وی ۱۰ دی بار دیگر به سلول انفرادی بند ۲۰۹ منتقل شد. آرش صادقی توسط بازجویان وزارت اطلاعات به شدت مورد ضرب وشتم قرار گرفته وبه گزارش دیدبان حقوق بشر وضعیت آرش صادقی ناشی از شکنجه های روحی و جسمی بسیار بد گزارش شده بود.
در تاریخ ۲۳ آذر ماه ۱۳۹۰ با پایان دوره محکومیت از زندان آزاد شد ولی کمتر از یکماه بعد دوباره بازداشت شد.
بیش از یکسال از بازداشت مجدد این فعال دانشجویی می گذرد و نامبرده در میان سکوت خبری رسانه ها و فعالین حقوق بشر ؛ بدون حکم و بلاتکلیف در زندان به سر می برد.
ما امضا کنندگان متن ضمن محکومیت بازداشت خودسرانه آقای صادقی، بلاتکلیفی ایشان را بدون هیچ حکمی در زندانهای جمهوری اسلامی محکوم می کنیم و خواستار آزادی بدون قید شرط و فوری ایشان هستیم.
از جامعه حقوق بشر بین المللی خواستار پیگیری پرونده زندانیان سیاسی وعقیدتی در زندانهای جمهوری اسلامی و به ویژه پرونده آقای آرش صادقی هستیم.
