Year 1999 the movie South Park:Bigger Longer Uncut introduced a character. Character that I thought was the greatest South Park character in history.
French mesonary, chain smoker, and was freeking cool. End of this movie was "killed" of the set. I ask all of in the U.S.A. to petition this back.
