Employees were dropped off at the top level and could get to work in a more timely manner. This also was key for employees with disabilities to get to and from the bus without many issues. We have had many employees taking over 30-40 minutes to get to work on the new bus drop off. People with disabilities are struggling to get down to the bus on the ground level. This is not only a time issue for employees but a health issue for people with health issues and disabilities.
Employee parking has been moved to the ground transportation level. This is causing many issues with BNA employees time to and from work. Another main concern is people with disabilities unable to walk to and from the ground transportation level. We want the bus pick up back to the original area due to these concerns.
