ISIS Stands for Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, the goal is to have complete 100% sharia law in every country it infiltrates, world wide. By not standing up for our way of life and allowing sharia law in Australia or any western country, the war in Syria is completely hypocritical as we are then partially allowing the very thing we despise and fight against to flourish at home. We do nothing to prevent sharia law out of fear we are not being politically correct and this needs to change.

While Shari’a already has a foot in our door in the matter of minor disputes like inheritance and domestic violence, it should concern you that Shari’a:

• Commands that drinkers and gamblers should be whipped;
• Allows husbands to hit their wives;
• Allows an injured plaintiff to exact legal revenge – literally an eye for an eye;
• Commands that a thief must have a hand cut off;
• Commands that homosexuals must be executed;
• Orders unmarried fornicators to be whipped and adulterers to be stoned to death;
• Orders death for both Muslim and non-Muslim critics of Mohammad, the Qur’an and even Shari’a itself;
• Orders apostates to be killed;
• Commands offensive, aggressive and unjust Jihad.

As written in the Qur’an, Shari’a is the law of Allah. Any other form of government is a sin. It is the duty of every Muslim to keep striving until all governments have been converted to Shari’a law.

The video below explains what we are dealing with it in more detail

Dear Mr Turnbull / Mr Shorten

The Banning of Sharia law in Australia is becoming a necessary change in the development of our great country. We need to learn from Europe's mistakes not make the same ones and banning sharia law is an enormous step in the right direction. It is important to note that this is not an attack on Australian Muslims or Islam as a religion, this is an attack on a very unjust, archaic legal system that completely opposes Australian values like: Equality for women, equal rights for homosexuals, freedom of religion and freedom of speech.

Sharia Law is already being illegally practiced in every capital city in Australia and could quite easily become legally implemented in the future, should enough Islamic members of parliament be present. This is very much the case in the UK, who now have 13 Muslim MP's and 85 legal sharia law courts throughout Britain.

The legislation would incorporate a ban on religious law that would see the application or implementation of religious law in courts in any Australian State or Territory illegal. A federal ban on the ability to raise debate for bringing in an arbitration act that could see Australia make the same mistake as the UK must also be debated in parliament. These changes must coincide with strict penalties for those who practice or aid in the practicing of Sharia law that cannot be overruled by section 116 of the Constitution, or anything else.

"Under the Arbitration Act, Sharia law has been deemed a form of arbitration for Muslim civil cases within the UK."

In the United States, as of 2014 seven states have "banned Sharia law", or passed some kind of ballot measure that "prohibits the states courts from considering foreign, international or religious law." This is a real issue, with very real consequences if swift action is not taken.

I hope you see this petition, not as an attack on Islam, but as a fight to protect our beautiful way of life. We are a country founded by convicts, who embrace the native people and who do not care where migrants come from, the colour of their skin, or the god you prey to, provided they respect our way of life, our culture and most importantly, our legal system.

Ensuring this legislation passes ensures this country stays the beautiful way it is.
