The Federal Government of Canada has placed the Tamil Tigers on a list of recognized terrorist organizations along with groups such as Al Qaeda and Hamas yet the Tigers have been allowed to stage massive, disruptive protests in Toronto, Canada's largest city.
The Tamil Tigers have used child soldiers, suicide bombers and human shields in their terrorist activities in Sri Lanka.
In recent protests Tamil Tiger supporters waving Tamil Tiger flags blocked the entrance to a hospital, closed roads and shut down a major highway through the city while using children in strollers to shield them from Police action.
These protests have cost the city a great deal of money and have resulted in the injury of police officers and citizens and in all cases the crowd waved the flags and banners of the Tamil Tigers terrorist organization.
We, the undersigned, call on the Federal Government of Canada to immediately shut down all public demonstrations by supporters of recognized terrorist organizations and ban any further demonstrations.
