Petition the ACLU to Assist Electronic Harassment, Stalking and Domestic Torture Victims

There is wide spread evidence that a growing populace of American citizens and citizens throughout the world, from all walks of life are reporting being harassed and assaulted with advanced, high tech weaponry that can and is being used to harm people's vital organs, burn skin and cause induced voices and sounds within a person's body. This equipment can not only harm the body but also the brain, causing long-term damage and premature death. This form of victimization can only be seen as: “A Conspiracy against rights,” which has lead such crimes as stalking, breaking and entering, false arrest, false imprisonment, false diagnosis of mental illness and even death.

The development of DEW weapons, past, present and continued research of these technologies is well documented within not only the military but the scientific community and is known to be occurring all around the world.

We believe that research and development of these technologies can and are being used as weapons military advancement, Neurological Testing, Behavioral Modification, Law Enforcement testing and Populace control. The participants of this testing are vast, there is involvement from private subcontractors, corporations seeking military testing contracts, medical facilities performing neurological test, law enforcement, the U.S military, Secret Service and other Intelligence agencies, This form of terrorism and crimal activity has destroyed many lives. And participants are taking apart in racketeering, stalking, harassment and the torture of many U.S. citizens numbering in the thousands, all without their consent and often without their knowledge of their victims.

The ACLU wrote a report called “The Surveillance Industrial Complex: How the American Government is conscripting Business and Individuals in the Construction of a Surveillance Society, so your organization is well aware the subject and the abuse of victims’ rights within the United States, however; the depths of the harassment, invasion of privacy and the violation of both civil and human rights goes further than one could ever imagine.

Domestic Surveillance and Torture is an issue that must be fought within the legal system and the courts in order to cease such activity from occurring within the U.S citizen again. This problem has grown out of control. We respectfully request assistance not only from the ACLU but any organization or legal human rights attorney who can assist victims of such pervasive violations. Your vocal support and in our efforts in this matter is greatly appreciated.
