Well it all started when our old principal at duarte high school decided to quit, they had to find a new principal and they did a principal called eric barba and since he was already a principal at an old school he had his rules already one of those being "No baseball caps allowed on school campus" so when he came to the duarte high a california distinguished high school he decided to enforce that rule an all the students.
This made the students at duarte high school sorta mad because he would confiscate the baseball caps and since baseball caps are worn by many students at duarte high school he confiscated many baseball caps today, the first day of school, so me and a couple of guys would like to stop this anti-cap policy.
We the students at Duarte Digh School would like to to stop the policy that student should not be able to wear baseball caps during school hours.
We think that rule is idiotic because there is no reason for students to not be able to wear hats... they are not gang related what so ever.
