Description/History:
In Hong Kong there are not many animal shelters. The ones that ARE there do their best with the funds they have. But since organizations like HKRD don't take money from the goverment, reasorces are scarce.
And for charities like SPCA put down the animals in just a few days time! Not enough! I think that the goverment should have a organization for all animals. Not just pets. A charity that feeds, cleans, and get the animals new homes.
A organization that teaches people about how important animals are!
