#Neighborhood Living
Target:
New York State Liquor Authority
Region:
United States of America

Dear Neighbors,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are AvroKO Restaurant Group, the owners of PUBLIC Restaurant in NoLiTa (210 Elizabeth Street), and we are planning to design and operate a full service neighborhood restaurant at 26-28 Bond Street between Bowery and Lafayette Streets.

We are applying to the State Liquor Authority for an on-premise liquor license and want to reach out to you in hopes of gaining your support for this exciting venture.

Essentially, Superior (working name) will be a casual yet high-end restaurant whose menu is eclectic and globally bent in both ingredients and dishes but also accessible to a wide range of people beyond the foodie elite. The kitchen will maintain the kind of cooking that depends on fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Further developing the PUBLIC culinary style, Superior will deliver creative variations on staple foods and ingredients from Mediterranean, Asian, American and Antipodean cultures. The menu takes the freely borrowing and free-spirited global approach that has made PUBLIC so successful.

Superior will be designed by award winning concept, architecture, and design firm AvroKO and will be managed and operated by its sister company AvroKO Restaurant Group, the good people behind PUBLIC.

If you have any questions regarding our project, please feel free to contact me directly at 212.343.7011 or via email at dan@avroko.com

All my best,
Dan Rafalin
Partner

We, the undersigned, support this new restaurant to be located at 26-28 Bond Street and believe that it will be a positive addition to the NoHo neighborhood and community.

We fully support their application to the State Liquor Authority and believe that they should be granted an on-premise liquor license.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned,
