Countrywide/Bank of America is one of the countries biggest predatory lenders.
They have raised our income so that it appeared we could afford the loan, they forced us to close our loan in another state, they inflated social security amounts, they raised our interest rate one day prior to closing, never sent any disclosure documents, we never pre-read the closing papers before we signed them as they were printed the same day that we signed.
They refused our payment that we had a contract for and illegally raised the payment by $200/mo.
We, the undersigned, call on the State Attorney Generals of all 50 states to open a thorough investigation into the illegal and predatory lending ways of Countrywide/Bank of America.
We are also asking for the CEO's and high ranking executives of Bank of America to be removed from office.
