Parental alienation is a crime committed against innocent children and should be punishable by law.

We The Undersigned Call Upon The Senate/Congress Of The United States Of America to Stop Parents Using Their Children For the Sole Purpose of Revenge Against Their Spouse, Which in Turn Stunts The Child’s Healthy Development, emotionally, mentally and intellectually.
We Call upon our Representatives to Take Measures to Preserve Family Integrity by making Parental Alienation A Crime Punishable By Law.
We propose that child custody should no longer be decided by one Judge but by a panel of 6 to 12 Jurors.
This petition is to establish protection for all children who are suffering as a result of their parents cruel indifference, whose often bitter rivalry is carried out at the expense of the child's development.
When a child is alienated from a parent, it is not just a mere separation between two people, it is the creation of a life-long hiatus affecting the child for the rest of his or her life.
A child's emotional growth demands that these basic needs be met. And the uprooting of these rudiments needed to cultivate their development will greatly determine the intellectual and emotional stability of their lives. The formation of their character means everything in order to become a productive citizen of our society.
For any child to experience the absence of their parents love for them, as well as being denied the presence of other family members, such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters to teach and share the heritage of their family, this literally uproots the child's sense of identity and greatly hinders their self-esteem.
By the parents carrying out this act of cruel indifference to the child’s basic needs they are effectively destroying the child's emotional foundation, which in turn can lead to the child taking up crime as a retribution against society due to having suffered this abuse.
The greatest proactive stance our nation can take to drastically reduce the crime rate is to fortify the strength of the family unit by making a new law against parents who alienate their children from the other parent illegally.
Separated and divorced parents should not have the legal right to damage, and sabotage the child’s relationship with the other parent. This is child abuse and it should be punishable by law.
What we do to help our children today as a nation will remain as part of the legacy we leave for future generations.

This action would organize and validate the access of every custody visitation order for every law enforcement officer to enforce and arrest any one in civil or criminal contempt of a custody/visitation order.
Fines and imprisonment would deter from these criminal offenses from occurring.
