Tim & Heather are still battling to raise much needed fund's to save their home. In court it had been stated that they had only a matter of day's to come up with all the money needed to keep their home before being evicted. CPS took the 5 kids from school, never even giving them a chance to say good bye and tell them they love them. They claim the home is unsafe and unstable, but Tim and Heather are on the verge of saving their home, with EVEN the landlord APPALLED at what CPS has done esp to the oldest Trey. He is willing to do as much as possible to help them save their children so they can safely return home to their family, with hopes its before Thanksgiving so they can finally have something to celebrate and be Thankful for!
Albert York (trey) 8 years old, Michael Wagner 8 years old, Hailey Curran 5 years old, Patrick York 5 years old, and Johnathan Lawrence 3 years old. This has caused much distress already not only Tim and Heather, but their kid's, esp Trey who was locked up in a police car and taken to a PSYCH WARD because he didn't want to accept he wasn't going home to mommy and Daddy. Imagine your kids being taken from where they feel safe and loved, to feeling totally alone, not even with their siblings, unsafe and all they want is their ENTIRE FAMILY back,and to be home again. They were ripped from school on Friday, and not even given the chance to say I LOVE YOU to their Mommy and Daddy, or grab up on a favorite toy that would keep a piece of home with them to bring them some comfort.
We want to get CPS to give Tim Curran & Heather McGowan their kid's back and do it NOW, while we hope that the DAMAGE from CPS's "protection" will not be permanent esp for Trey who is already on meds for a breathing problem and meds the Psych Ward may give him can mix badly with the medical problems he already has.
He is extremely angry and upset and did all he could to stop them and to stay at home, Tim & Heather are afraid of what might happen if they try medicating him. If they do that, it may clash with med's he is already on, and who know's to what outcome, but his life may be in danger because of it.
We, the undersigned, call on the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Collin County Children's Advocacy Center to return Albert York (Trey) 8 years old, Michael Wagner 8 years old, Hailey Curran 5 years old, Patrick York 5 years old, and Johnathan Lawrence 3 years old, to their parents Heather McGowan and Timothy Curran without further delay in order to prevent further distress and harm to the above mentioned children.
We also demand that Albert York (Trey) is not medicated or any of the children for that matter, without the full knowledge and consent of their parents.
