Background (Preamble):
I went to Court May14 2009 because of a Traffic Ticket, I got a year ago with a Bicycle. The Police accuse me of having Criminal Record in 1998 and I denied. Because of Denied to Police …I was punished with 220.00 Dollars…. The Judge did care about Police asking about criminal record in 1998 …… I never had any criminal record in my Life …..
The system don't let me appeal to High Court because I have to Pay the ticket first……Now the system suspended my Driving License with bicycle Ticket of Racism.
