Background (Preamble):
9-11 and 5-7 Wenlock Street are a newly built building, residents who have moved into these flats was not told that we are not allowed to park in a resident parking zone (under section 106) but yet Hackney Parking Office still issue a 3 months temporary permit but now we're been told that we weren't suppose to have a permit in the first place and a permanent permit will not be issue. What are we all suppose to do when our permit run out soon.

We, the undersigned, petition Hackney Council to change Controlled Parking Zones policies. Allow 9-11 and 5-7 Wenlock Street residents to park in zone A.
There are plenty of parking spaces outside the flats. Controlled Parking Zones policies must change. Most residents have family and young children, without a permit there are nowhere for us to park, without cars it has a major effect in our lives.
We pay our rent, we pay our taxes and we are more then happy to pay for our parking permit, this also contributes majorly to Hackney.
