We the undersigned would like WowWee Robotics to please consider bringing back the RoboSapien RS Media, and if also possible the RoboSapien V2.
If these models must be discontinued, we would like to see a new RoboSapien that is programmable via Linux and USB port like the RS Media, features the same roaming, movements and basic BodyCons (animations) that the V2 and RS Media has had, personality programming, and the same hand style (i.e.. robot-moveable fingers) that the V2 version had. In addition we would like to see this robot to maybe have some form of voice recognition and remote monitoring capabilities.
We would like to develop for a robot like this and would appreciate a development kit for those of us who would like to get into this area. The robot could also double as a consumer toy for any age, since it would have the same features of it's predecessors.
We the undersigned are robot developers and enthusiasts who find the WowWee RoboSapiens very educational and have faith that WowWee has the technology currently to deliver the ultimate robot we have mentioned above. Therefore we would like WowWee to please consider our feedback and give us our Ultimate RoboSapien or bring back the ones we love so much!
The more of us that have robots, the more we can share and learn from each other. We can't do that if the robots are discontinued and can't be found!
