Background (Preamble):
Democratic Senator Tony DeLuca and Democratic Representative John J. Viola have each been in their current roles for over a decade. During that time Delaware has slipped farther and farther from living up to its nickname "The First State." Delaware needs a change.
Delaware needs new ideas and new politicians who believe in the state and what can be achieved to get us back to being "The First State". I am Evan Queitsch and I am prepared to be that change. I pledge to fight to make Delaware first in energy, education, immigration reform, budget reform, law enforcement, political reform, and the Constitution.
