Whats wrong with abortion or homosexuality in the church? I have a friend who is homosexual but is in the seminary. And a girl i know at school from my church was raped and had an abortion. I dont understand how this is evil. You have to be really right-winged (or Jerry Falwell) to call it evil to be homosexual or to have an abortion.

You don't get it. The bible calls homosexuality a sin. That's why it is wrong. Abortion is killing an innocent life. That's why it is wrong. Just because you "have a friend who is homosexual" and know "a girl from school..that had an abortion doesn't make them any less sinful.

Its not sincere to call others "idiots" when you yourself haven't even so much as opened the front cover of a bible. I am pretty sure that the b...buddy cities of Sodom and Gemorrah were pretty good examples of how the Lord feels about homosexuality. "Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them,

It's not enough just to 'read' the Bible: this is a book brimful of contradictions!
What about the bit which says disobedient children should be put to death vs. that which you do to the least of my brethern, you do unto me?
You can 'prove' any prejudice with reference to the Bible. After all, it was written and interpreted by people who were the products of their time!

The Cathlolic church has and continues to be evil. They condone the persecution of gays. Let's see is this a trend, lets see, crusades, the inquisition, covering up for priests abusing boys, etc. Galileo invents telescope and says the earth revolves around the sun. The church says, tie him to a stake we will burn him! Ben Franklin invents the lightning rod. The church say. It is interfering with gods will! The dark ages probably would not happen if the church had not controlled Europe

He said ..., he does not believe in God and Jesus Christ. so let us pray for him , first for salvation, then he would know that it is an abomination to but mention homosexuality and gayism, etc amoungst the church; talk more of engaging in it. Please brethrens, lets spare a minute and pray for this "lost soul that our Savoiur died for. God is merciful He would hear our prayers and save him from destruction. JESUS IS LORD.
